Truth about the Denver Deuce

We LOVE the original deuce body

In fact, all of our bodies are dimensionally identical to the original Deuce bodies created in 1932, so our replacement parts are available to those of you who have an original 32 Deuce body (we’re jealous of you). However, we love the Denver Deuce just as much, and we’ve built it with upgrades from the original for a stronger, higher quality body. The shell of every body we build is created with 20 gauge American made Detroit steel stampings that are formed around a tubular cage to create a body that won’t give, but still provides superior performance.

Step on it

Our floors are assembled over a 32 Ford chassis for a perfect fit every time. They are engineered with rectangular tubing for superior strength and 6-piece bead rolled floor pans for traditional style.

Whether you are driving to the grocery store or flying down the dragstrip, you can be assured that your Deuce is built to the highest standards of quality and strength. We inspect the body at every point in the build for greater quality control standards.

Every one of our Denver Deuce bodies is a true roadster, just like they made over 75 years ago, and not some convertible that we gave the name roadster to.

Our stretched bodies are built with those of you who need a little extra room, or even for those of you who are just looking for a larger and roomier feel to your roadster.

There’s no junk in our trunk

We’ll let you fill it with whatever you’d like, but we’ve added modern conveniences to our trunk to make it easier on you. We pre-install all of our trunks with a bear claw latch, latch cable, gas struts, and a rubber seal as well.

The little things matter too

Like the latches on the trunk, we’ve also added modern bear claw latches and handles to our doors as well.

Go Ahead. Take it off

All of our dash panels are removable so you easily access the back of the cowl and install your gauges and wiring.

Go topless

Canvas toppers are available for your Deuce body, and can easily be removed and stored in the trunk of the Deuce.

Need a replacement panel?

If you need a replacement body panel, we have them available for purchase also. We know body parts get old and worn out, and sometimes break. It’s like grandpa’s metal replacement hip, but for your roadster.

We know you want our bodies

Almost all of our bodies are built on a production schedule, so you can get the body that you want in a matter of weeks, not months. Many of our bodies are ready to ship to you, so you may not even have to wait.

Our modern assembly system on the Denver Deuce allows us to produce a better body for every customer, from our spot welding techniques, to the forged panels we use, to the reinforced doors, so the end result is a body you can enjoy for a lifetime.
